Exercise Physiology

We work collaboratively with your GP, specialists, and other allied health providers to ensure your exercise program supports your overall treatment and health goals.

  • Chronic disease management (diabetes, heart disease, cancer)
  • Weight management and metabolic health programs

Hydrotherapy

Hydrotherapy uses the unique properties of warm water — buoyancy, resistance, and temperature — to enable rehabilitation that would be impossible or painful on land. The water supports your body weight, reducing joint stress while allowing therapeutic movement.

Ideal for patients who struggle with land-based exercise due to pain, limited mobility, or weight-bearing restrictions. Our supervised pool sessions are suitable for all ages and abilities.

  • Post-surgical rehabilitation
  • Arthritis and joint pain management
  • Neurological conditions (MS, stroke recovery)
  • Back and neck pain
  • Prenatal and postnatal care
  • Paediatric hydrotherapy
  • Supervised group and individual sessions
